Through meaningful conversations and experiences centered around mental health, self-image, relationships, and leadership, we empower girls to navigate life with confidence and purpose. What began as a vision to create a safe space for girls has grown into a community committed to helping the next generation feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

Claudine Doree, LCSW, is the Co-Founder of Pillow Talks of South Florida, Inc. and has a heart for helping girls recognize their strength, find their voice, and know they are never alone. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mother, she brings both professional experience and a genuine passion for creating the kind of safe, supportive sisterhood where every girl can feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

Danielle Perez is the Co-Founder of Pillow Talks of South Florida, Inc. and a passionate advocate for youth. With an extensive background in education and student support, she is committed to helping young people recognize their potential, achieve their goals, and feel empowered to succeed.

Shantrell Bridges is a proud Homestead native, youth advocate, and community leader dedicated to empowering the next generation. As Director of Marketing & Communications for Pillow Talks of South Florida, Inc., she is passionate about creating safe spaces where girls can build confidence, strengthen their mental wellness, and discover their leadership potential. With years of experience in community engagement, youth mentorship, and partnership development, Shantrell is committed to helping every girl find her voice, embrace her worth, and thrive.
